We are now co-creating an environment for rapid personal growth.
Begin to look at every event in your life as perfection. Every experience as a valuable piece of who you are today.
Even the painful events are like stepping stones along a path that got you to where you are right now. Without them, you would not be here, reading these words. So, don't judge them for reflecting to you, who you once were. They served their purpose by bringing you here.
Accept those painful memories as stepping stones, and let them go.
Thank those experiences for bringing you here, and let them go.
They've played their part in your life, and if they no longer serve you - let them go.
Don't push them, or force them, or judge them, just let... them... go...
Can you begin to see every experience that has led you to our interaction, as valuable?
Just like a jigsaw puzzle - everything fits perfectly, no matter how ugly each individual piece may seem.
Every single moment, you are re-creating yourself to match the highest vision of yourself. As your vision changes, the new version of you is manifested.
You are not the same person you were a year ago.
That older version of you was also just a stepping stone, allowing you to become more clear about who you actually prefer to be. Her pain is no longer relevant to who you are choosing to be, so begin to accept her, love her, and let... her... go...
Can you see that, right now, you are already different? You've already changed and grown, and are becoming even more magnificent.
Like a beautiful flower which is about to blossom.
What a joyful experience this is to witness.

Dear Anna,
The path of conscious personal growth can be quite challenging, and by choosing to align with me, you have selected the fast track. Initially, this can be a bit of a bumpy ride, but keep holding on and it will smooth out soon enough.
We are acting as reflections for each other.
Right now, you are doing a marvellous job reflecting to me things about myself that I need to integrate. Over the past couple of weeks, my awareness and sense of self has expanded beyond recognition.
Through interaction with you, I am inspired to do my own Soul-work, thereby getting deeper and more profound understanding of the subjects we're discussing. This is a time of intense personal growth for both of us. Thank you for being here.
The energy of unconditional love has a particular quality – it is able to highlight things that don’t belong to us, bringing up to the surface all the issues that were previously suppressed. In this manner, these issues can be clearly seen, integrated, and transformed, thereby allowing love to flow freely through our entire being.
Having suppressed negative emotions rise to the surface can be very uncomfortable. This is one of the reasons why you wanted to run away.
It takes a lot of courage to be willing to reintegrate fractured parts of oneself. I understand that, and that’s why I’m holding your hand through this process, let's keep going.
By getting in touch with our true feelings, we can begin to understand why our life is the way it is right now.
The relationship you have with your parents is a beautiful example. They are reflecting to you externally, how you actually feel on the inside.
Ask your heart if the following statements feel true to you:
“I am experiencing a number intense emotions, ranging from scary to wonderful. These feelings can be really overwhelming, so I prefer to give myself time to process them.”
"I have found something really special, however, a part of me feels that don't deserve it. I am afraid of moving further, in case it doesn't work out.”
Can you see the connection between your feelings and your physical reality?
On the surface, it looks like your parents are preventing you from doing the things you say you prefer, but actually, you are the source of that experience. They are just providing you an opportunity to experience the physical manifestation of your inner feelings.
What a wonderful service they’ve chosen to provide to you. Be grateful to them for showing you this so clearly now.
If we no longer prefer to have a particular experience, we can choose to change it. Here is how:
The first step to changing anything is to accept fully that we have created it. Taking ownership of our own creations gives us the power to change them.
Yes, you have created everything around you, including me and your parents. In fact, there is no “out there”, everything is within, the whole physical reality experience is a projection created by you. Your Higher Self is very clever!
You can start to take full ownership of your creations by re-referencing all people and events back to yourself. So, instead of saying “he was dismissive”, you can take power back by saying “I chose to feel ignored and disapproved of”. Can you feel the difference?
Now, ask yourself, “How does it serve me to have this experience?”
“Why would I choose something that I don’t prefer?”
“What am I getting out of it?”
Keep delving deeper and be honest with yourself, writing down everything that comes to you. Soon enough, you will get an answer which fits perfectly to your experience.
For example, it’s most likely that you have arranged for your parents to act like an energetic damper, and their role is to keep you grounded. This limits the rate of your personal growth to a comfortable level, and prevents you from receiving excess energy which could burn you out. Therefore, you are regulating the rate of your own progress and are using your parents as a safety valve. That’s very clever.
If this arrangement serves you, feel free to keep it. Just be aware that you are the source and your physical reality is a reflection of your strongest feelings and beliefs. Since you have created it, you have the power to change this arrangement when it no longer serves you.
Therefore, now you can go ahead and start loving everything around you! You can be grateful to all of it for being such an accurate reflection of your inner self. This includes your parents, your twin brother, and the birds!

* * *
In order to experience the full potential of unconditional love within us, sooner or later, all negative issues would need to be addressed. And, since everything is connected, one issue will often overlap with another one.
For example, it may serve you to regulate the rate your personal growth, but does it serve you to “feel ignored and disapproved of”? And how does it serve you to be afraid of birds? What are you getting out of that experience?
Keep working on answering these questions and delving deeper. This is a process of self discovery that can take weeks, months, or even years. However, it doesn’t have to...
The change can also happen instantaneously.
As soon as you get an accurate answer to match your experience, you may immediately find that the whole concept is no longer relevant to your life and makes no sense. It just no longer fits with who you are. This old belief doesn’t fit the grand vision you have of yourself. That’s because it’s someone else’s belief that you’ve been carrying around. It feels really heavy because it doesn’t belong to you, so you can choose to let it go.
It may have served you in the past, but now you have grown and it doesn’t fit you anymore. Give it away so that somebody else can wear it, if they wish. You don’t need it now, so let it go.
Here are some examples of common beliefs that don’t belong to us:
“You are not worthy”
This statement doesn’t make sense. Creation does not do pointless things, if I exist, I deserve to be here. I have no use for this belief.
“No one will love you”
I love myself, so there is at least one person who loves me. Also, Creation loves me enough to allow me to exist, and that’s good enough for me. If anyone else wishes to love me, they are free to do so as they wish.
“You will never be happy”
Happiness is a state of being. I choose to be happy now, regardless of circumstances.
“Birds are evil”
That’s an interesting belief, but it does not serve me now. I understand that birds and animals are neither good nor bad, they just are what they are – another expression of infinite Creation. Therefore, this belief is not relevant to who I’m choosing to be right now.
When we change our inner feelings and beliefs, the physical reality has no option but to change, because it is just a mirror.
We need to be aware, however, that in physical reality, there is often a time delay between thought and manifestation. A time gap between being and seeing.
Therefore, when we first make a change within us, we shouldn’t expect things around us to be any different or try to look for some external confirmation. We simply make the change because it’s in alignment with who we prefer to be, and allow the world to gradually mould around us.
A good sign that someone has truly changed is when they respond differently, even though the situation appears to be the same.

Dear David,
It's such an amazing feeling that you've put your energy into writing that letter. Every sentence is so special so thank you!
I'm so happy that I'm also inspiring you. It's a refreshing feeling knowing you're having a positive effect on someone. The way you've changed me by your simple and sweet words is so amazing. You're so unbelievably encouraging and empowering at the time I need it most. I love how I'm slowly growing. I know there's still a lot more growing to do but by having your support it makes it so much easier.
You're right, all these emotions rising its quite hard. Especially because I've tried to bury them in the past, not think about it and as I do, run away from anything that I get scared of. I'll find myself filled with joy one moment and the next will be just be pain and so it is very hard. So having these memories come back to me is unsettling because I always thought if I never think about it, it'll slowly go away but I think that's just what I told myself as a way of not having to deal with them at all. Your help at a time like this is such a blessing. It's also quite hard when these moments arise unexpectedly, I sometimes panic and I don't know what to do but we can work on that too.
I am slowly seeing the physical reflection of everything unfold before me. (It also reminds me of Rumi's quote: "Love is a mirror. It reflects only your essence, if you have the courage to look in its face.") Me and my parents are becoming closer especially with me moving away in a few months all my family are appreciating the time we have together and its absolutely amazing feeling their love, which I was always scared of feeling. I also feel like this trip to Scotland has given me and my dad an amazing opportunity to bond and share our thoughts. Me and my twin brother have also started to talk a lot more and he's confiding in me so I know we're building up our trust. As for the birds, that hasn't changed much but lets take baby steps towards that. Really small steps.
The thoughts and questions are all exactly how I felt once and I'm still trying to outgrow them. I find it so hard letting go because it was all a part of me once. It was who I believed I was and so I sometimes feel like I'm giving away a part of myself. But you're right, I don't need any thoughts which won't serve me. "Stop acting so small. You are the universe in ecstatic motion." - Rumi (of course). I need to start applying these concepts to my life and how excited I am to see myself change.
Also, I just want to say a sincere thank you. For every kind word and every moment you've invested in helping our connection expand. Along with it we've both developed and still are changing in such a beautiful way. Thank you for being such an inspiration!
Goodnight and sweet dreams :)

That's a really lovely reply. I can feel it was written from your heart, so I'd like to say a warm thank you to both of you (you and your heart).
This personal growth letter has also been written from the heart, but I can't say I wrote it, because it was co-created by both of us.
We wrote this letter. We create everything around us, remember?
It is designed to affect the reader on many levels, seeping deep into the subconscious. It contains fundamental concepts which are so simple yet so profound. Every time I read it, I sense a shift in my own personal understanding of these truths.
I think this letter would be a useful resource that we can keep returning to again and again as we grow.
It is really wonderful to hear that your family connections are becoming stronger and more meaningful. We have chosen to be born to our parents by mutual agreement, to experience physical reality and to help each other grow. And, it is a great feeling when these agreements are being fulfilled in a positive way.
I've noticed that you like to quote the Persian philosopher "Rumi", so here is one of his quotes that really resonates with me:
"Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray."
Perhaps one day we can discuss some of his teachings, and how they can be applied to our lives.
Sweet dreams to you too!

I am vibrating.
:)
In essence, we are all just energy vibrating at different frequencies, and recently I'm starting to notice this fact more and more.
There are certain emotions that raise our vibration, such as excitement, passion, love, peace, joy. Experiencing these, opens up my heart and I can tangibly feel myself expand out and touch everything around me. It's like a dance. We flow with and around each other.
Having this sensitivity means that the positive vibrations are multiplied and feel wonderful.
However, the other side of this coin is that the negative vibrations are also multiplied, and can feel terrible.
Any slight misalignment, and the whole flow can come to a standstill. At that point, I don't want to be around anyone. It's like severe anxiety, bordering on depression. So, it's a bit like an emotional roller-coaster ride. Up and down, up and down.
When in the down phase, there is nothing in the external world that can lift me. I have to go within, spend time processing things, and figure out how these negative emotions can serve me.
Essentially, a negative feeling is like a messenger. It knocks on our door and says "Hey, there is something really important you have to look at". If we ignore this messenger, he does not go away, he just knocks louder!
Once we understand what the message is, the messenger has served his purpose and can disappear. Often, in an instant.
One moment, I can at the bottom of this roller-coaster, wondering how I'm going to get through the day. Then, I understand the message... and suddenly, I am flying! Just like that.
Over the years, I have been developing systems that help me organise and streamline my life. I have also been actively looking at and dealing with issues within myself, that can potentially bring up negativity at a later date. Also, I have now internalised the principle of following my excitement without expectations, which directs the flow of my actions throughout the day.
All these things combined mean that, these days, I often get the message before the messenger gets to my door, so he has no reason to knock and disturb my preferred vibrational state.
Overall, even though I'm still on this roller-coaster ride, the experience is becoming more and more enjoyable.

Thank you, Anna, you can write beautifully too!
Keep in mind that the first person who would be reading your writing is you.
In fact, anything we create, we do so primarily for ourselves. We use the people and objects around us as a sort of mask, or an excuse, or "permission slip" to communicate with our own selves.
If a person looks at someone and says "I hate you", what they are actually saying is "I hate a part of myself". When we are able to say "I love you" to everything, even to our perceived enemies, we are showing acceptance and love to every part of ourselves, even the negative aspects.
What we are actually doing, is constantly communicating with ourselves. With thoughts, words, and actions. This is why it is so important to be aware of the quality of our internal dialogue.
Let me give you an example.
A person stubs their toe on a table leg and exclaims: "Why does this always happen to me?"
This question is almost impossible to answer because the word "always" refers to the concept of infinity, which the human mind has a real difficulty grasping.
We can rephrase the above question to be: "Why did this happen to me at this time?" and then: "How can I prevent a similar experience in the future?"
Can you feel the difference?
Asking the right questions focuses our mind and initiates the creative process. We almost can't wait to start writing down ideas. Why? Because any problem, when properly identified, already contains the relevant solutions!
Notice that there is always more than one solution. Some solutions will be logical, as they come from the mind. And some would just feel right, because they come from the heart and the Soul. Therefore, it is advisable to keep barnstorming ideas and to use up all the creative energy before settling for any one particular solution.
Use your imagination and go wild with your ideas! Ever heard the phrase "It's so crazy, it just might work...", well... it often does!
Thank you for allowing me to write this email to myself, it is really helpful.
:)
